Customers, accounts and loyalty

Add a customer

Open Customers → Add Customer: name, phone, email, address and VAT number.

Selling on account (credit)

1. A manager sets the customer's credit limit.
2. At the till, choose the customer and pay on account.
3. When the customer pays, open their page and press Receive Payment; it is allocated to their oldest bills first.
4. Press Export PDF on their page for a statement at any time.

Loyalty points

Customers collect points on their purchases. The till shows their points when you choose them for a sale.
