After a bill is paid
The table shows Clearing · free in 5 min and then becomes free by itself. A cashier can still tap it and seat new guests straight away: clearing never blocks anybody.
A table marked Cleaning
Long-press a table to mark it Cleaning. It goes back to free by itself after the same few minutes, so nobody has to remember to change it back.
A bill left open
A bill on a table with nothing added, sent or paid for 12 hours moves off the table into Open orders as "Table 5 (left open)". Every item and payment is kept and nothing is cancelled; the table is free for the next guests. Take the payment, or void what was never served, from Open orders.
A busy table
Tap a busy table to open its bill, or press New bill on this table for other guests at the same table.
Change the times
Open Restaurant Settings → General → Orders:
- Free a table this many minutes after its bill is paid: 0 = free the moment it is paid.
- Move a bill off its table after this many hours with nothing added or paid: 0 = never.
